Ally rmp> horde rmp as the opener matters a-lot if you have never played it as it seems you haven’t maybe look it up thats what i mean as rogue vs rogue when both comps have a rogue the one that gets the opener is with a huge advantage

I strongly suggest you to make post that Blizzard introduces FFT Free Faction Transfers. This will give you instant queues without altering the spirit of old TBC.
What if i dont want to play Alliance? Have that tought ever crossed your tiny brain? Alliance players that belive the instant bg ques are alliance birth right are delusional.And the spirit of old TBC is alredy altered. People play the game different than in 2007.

It was me that brought Racial into it, and I stand by it in most instances Stoneform is <snip - don’t used bad language, even when masked - Blizzard> OP, Id take that over WoTF anyday

Many people complain about the character design of the Alliance races.
An idea regarding the visual appearance/aesthetics:
Enable free faction transfers to all Horde players, and enable the option to change PERSONAL visual appearance. That way you can fix the faction imbalance and Horde players who decide to change faction do not have to suffer any visual changes. For any other player you should appear with alliance visuals.

Ok Perception does nothing vs warlocks, mages & priests. Stoneform does nothing vs warlocks, mages & priests. Escape artist does nothing vs warlocks & priests.

What im saying is there are choices and consequences with all things in life.

This is a notion 99% of the player base do not grasp.
Choices have consequences… just not if you choose to be a horde player apparently.
“stoneform has very limited use” You’re joking right? Stoneform + Chastise is a free card out of jail versus any rogue, just like wotf is free vs any lock. Desperate prayer is free vs any double dps team, especially mage/rogue dominating ladders atm. On top of that Perception is arguably better than wotf in many cases.
Maybe you should try to admit that the difference in racials is up for debate on which is the better one, rather than shout on every single thread that wotf is the cause for the faction imbalance, because it really isn’t.
As for your horde representation on the ladder, actually quantity does equal quality for populations. Populations are often subject to Gaussian distribution, in short more quantity means more tail-end amount of cases (in actual numbers, not percentages) on both ends of the distribution. Also you can’t expect to see the same amount of alliance players in the top brackets when populations are skewed to horde side.

Firstly you use 2s as example as balance is based for 3’s everyone knows this.
It has limited use even using your mage/rogue combination remove crippling and wound to get nova or rank 1 frost bolted or stunned via rogue that’s the racial countered straight away.
Chastise gets removed with cloak or dispel which most 3 teams can do.
Desperate prayer is good it’s like drinking a weaker health potion it’s definitely good for PvP I’ll give you that but I would prefer the fear immunity against warriors,locks,priests which are all dominant in PvP they are all in top 5 represented classes in arena.
Perception is not as good as you make out very rarely accomplishes anything it’s not like the vision you get in arena where you can see them a mile away it’s only good for the vanish if you know the direction they ran and are close, undead racial or orc racial is superior in most cases.
Your arguement about quantity Vs quality is a mute arguement as it’s based on skill at the top of the ladder if indeed you say these alliance racials are strong there would be alot more representation at the top of the ladder not almost 30% of the entire ladder is undead with the vast majority of the top 100 teams being undead.
Nope. Chastise is a physical debuff.
P.s aint discussing if horde or alliance racials are better. Rather listen to the top pvpers saying alliance overall is better. Ciao

I agree that wotf is an easy/noob friendly pop immunity to fear which makes it op in many cases, but your arguments of alliance racials not being op because they have to be used in more specific cases is pretty invalid. Maybe you shouldn’t pop it on the first slow you get. Try using it when you can LoS/ remove 5 stack wounds and pop a full 100% greater heal while your team mate cc’s the enemy team. The point I’m trying to make is that your racials are actually on par, if not better when used correctly. According to your use of alliance racials making them seem bad, I could argue the same thing: “Oh but If I pop wotf when there is 2 sec left on fear it doesnt really do much”. No one pops wotf on 2 sec fear duration, just as no one pops stoneform/chastise while being nowhere close to los’ing the mage and getting some distance on the rogue (aka after CS/KS).
Yes, and making a rogue pop cloak in any bracket is no big deal right.
My previous argument is still valid, I dont’ see how this disproves basic distribution properties. More horde players= more horde players with high skill= more representation in higher brackets. 19 out of 50 top 3v3 teams are alliance atm, thats about 40%. If alliance racials really were as bad as you’re saying that % would be far more off from the actual faction imbalance than it currently is.

Except, it does. Not exactly Stoneform, but dwarf race itself. Dwarfs get not only stoneform, but also instant range roots and instant ~40% heal.
