If you’re playing what you want to play and not what’s currently strong, you’d be the same set up regardless of whether your chosen bugged-talent was overpowered or not and thus the nerfs wouldn’t affect you.
Pick your stance and stick to it.

Well I am gonna be honest, if I could swap to ORC + frost after that change I would have done it.
If I could swap to ORC + UH I would do it but I would still be mad for ruining the gameplay.
I HOPE due to army snapshotting Troll remains still better (althought with axes being BIS later on I highly doupt it) which would at least make me more happy knowing I am in the right spec + race combo. I still am gonna be mad, there is no changing it cause the gameplay is ruined.
Its not however about the numbers. Its just that the essence of the gameplay is ruined now for me. I know deep inside I am playing suboptimally which bugs me. It was so much fun when I knew a had a good snapshot, and going on discord “Ohh I got a huge snapshot guys look at the damage meter after the fight”.
I dont get why people are so toxic. We are seriously mad as unholy dks. Those who rerolled just for the numbers maybe not feel that way but those who chose this spec cause they like it are mad and gonna be mad the whole expansion now.
And to finish this off, I knew damn well when I signed up for UH dk, that in late game I would be a middle of the pack dps, its not that I wanted to be top the whole expansion. I had that on my warrior in classic.
You may find my approach towards the game wrong or ridiculous or whatever, but me and the others dks that are mad (and its a lot of us hee) are mad cause our fun is ruined, not our place on the meters.
If you are not a FOTM why do you want a racechange?

It’s not a bug any more than Hunters not being able to Feign > Trap in Vanilla wasn’t a bug. And they didn’t fix that.
Traps can be placed out of combat, feign death removes you from combat.
Literally working as intended.
Gargoyle not having a cooldown on it’s attack, that’s definitely a bug for WotLK. It wasn’t changed till MoP.
So no, you’re wrong.

im just mad that blizz as ok with 25 warriors in classic, automated addon melee weaving huntards in tbc, giving alliance pala seal of blood and bringing seal twisting back, but now they just nerf unholy because hurr durr unintented dps on our flying bat

so you rolled Troll cause you like Troll? so why do you need to change race?
Or you chose a FotM class/spec/race which you tried to max the broken game mechanic by choosing the best race to take advantage of that broken mechanic and now want a race change?

I liked dk, and was gonna play dk no matter what.
I was frost back in wrath so I wanted to play uh this time.
I saw the prepatch and how gargoyle works and chose troll ,(was gonna play horde anyway).
Otherwise I would have played orc uh or orc frost depending on what was was stronger/ needed/ more fun.
If I had the choice right now most probably would have rolled frost orc. Although troll is not far behind its annoying to know in the back of your mind you are playing the wrong way.

Not in my mind. Fotm players are those who reroll classes/specs/races to be on the top all the time.
I knew damn well UH dk no matter how much they buff gargoyle was not gonna be top after ulduar (maybe some fights in TOGC).
I will stick to dk throughout the whole of wrath even though I know I wont be the best class.
So yea, your argument is invalid against me. For many other players yea you are right. Just don’t generalize everybody, cause people by default are different.

No, becasue it matters not what your personal definition is. You want a racechange to be a better race for your class now that your current one is not on the top anymore.

Actually if we’re being pedantic it’s just plain min-maxing and not Fotm. In their mind it’s not about being on top but being able to squeeze out every ounce of power from a class/race combo. It’s the type of Players that will go with “If you’re a warrior you need to be Orc for racial bonuses that increase your damage more than other races would get” even if Warrior isn’t top DPS.

Fotm is playing what’s on the top.
I wanna play optimally what I like. UH dk just happened to be on top in naxx.
To all Unholy DKs unhappy about this change:
Suck it up or reroll Blood. Blood is a very strong tank spec.

That has to wait till cata for mastery mechanic for blood shield.
Unholy is still a top tier DPS spec, a minor fix aint gonna change that.
