Hi Guys and Gals,

Well, I’ve been migrating my shammie from resto to enhancement and tried to do some M+ to get things going. Doing roughly 10-12k dps on +2 with ilvl revolving aroung 370 wasn’t that bad IMHO, as in most cases I’ve been 1st/2nd best dps in the team.

The problem started when… people got involved. I mean, if I was counting how many times I’ve been called a retard for not using BL (on +2, chill run to do the weekly), dying once and so on, I’d totaly lost track after 50th time. I’ve been reporting those lads, but… I expect nothing will happen to them, as Blizz seem to ignore salty people and all language reports.

In the end I got… kicked out just before the finall boss pull. So, no loot for me, no weekly m+ quest update. Nothing except raised blood pressure.

So… people… WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED? WHY SO MUCH SALT?!

Mythic+ is designed around timers. Dont hate the player, hate the game design behind this idea.

Timer = perfectionist
No Timer = chill run.

Come on, man, we’ve still got half of the time left when I got kicked out. No pressure at all.

Rule of the community:
If you dont bring out 140% of your character, you are obviously sabotaging their fun…

I understand wanting to do things solo (PUG) without ties, but M+ in particular is really more enjoyable and less stressful with acquaintances, friends, and guild mates.

They are just words, put them on the ignore list if you don’t like their messages. Problem solved.

If you are kicked from M+ before the last boss you will get the loot in the mail. This is to prevent this kind of abuse. They basically did the work for you.

Do You know if Blizz is doing anything about verbal abuse? I mean, is there a point in reporting such thing or do this drown in the sea of reports noone looks at?

All you can do is report. They will never tell you if any action is taken. You just have to do your bit and move on :slight_smile:

Also, any idea when the mail with item comes? I haven’t got a thing in mail :frowning:

if you haven’t gotten a mail then it’s possible they weren’t even able to complete the dungeon without you or something so be happy about it lmao

Indeed, if they were all randoms it’s also possible someone left after you were removed and they didn’t ever complete the key. Or simply couldn’t four man it like Akezo suggested.

Timers are the main reason why i hate M+ i despise gogogogogoo style content i would take old BRD style dungeons every time over against the timer crap.

Either you picked a really “bad” players or there is much more to the story. Groups usually disband so a kick isn’t something that is done so easily.

You can run BfA dungeons on normal, heroic and mythic without a timer. And that’s the content there is for 2-3 years worth of your paid subscription. If that’s enough then you are a perfect customer. Other players want more for their money and M+ is one of features people are willing to pay for.

Yes i am well aware about that but as i stated what i enjoy the most are the large labyrinth style dungeons that you can get lost into and take hours to complete but because people cried and whined we cant have those anymore instead we get linear tube that you are designed to squeeze through as fast as you can to see if the RNG gods are in your favor.

Old dungeons from vanilla and somewhat from tbc had a charm in them most were large places to do and i personally liked them because doing the older dungeons felt like an adventure.
Wotlk had few dungeons that were fun but it was the expansion that made gogogogogogogo crap popular.
