I don’t really use consumables in raids, i just have them ready for emergency cases so they get hardly used.
Using flasks isn’t worth at all for the current raids in my opinion. So every time we cleared mc and bwl i have around 50-60g more in my pockets.
Raid content is easy and i got almost all the gear i want from raids so the only reasons to raid for me is the social aspect with the guild and the extra gold.
I am not raiding to compete for stats and we don’t do speed runs too. I don’t care if we need 1h or 2h for BWL. Im not really a pve player - i rather use consumables for pvp (im also not ranking, i just like to pvp for fun).
I understand that it might be different for non-healers who have more competition but as a paladin i could probably ask for payment for my healing service in a raid but free gear is also ok
Ok, you dont use consumables in raid.
But, as I read on US forums, there is some new trend among top parse guilds using a flask as mana pots w/o cooldown. So they might be spending dozens of flasks per player per raid.
How is this possible with flasks prices around 200g? Who can farm so much gold, no matter ZG mage farm income? I deeply believe hardcore players are main gold buyers…
So let me ask this question. if there is a way to make your life much easier? and save you time? why would you not use it?
players use addons to make gameplay easier…people use cars instead of walking…companies use AI software…as machine learning already in use to lower the amount of workers… autonomous programs is taking big role in reality! Even blizzard is using Automated system to function without any manual intervention when it comes to item restoration and many services!
