- There will be BGs too from the getgo, and heroic dungeons have a lot more replay value than Vanilla dungeons due to BoJ and Rep rewards
- Are you seriously comparing Karazhan’s quality with MC’s? Or Magtheridon with Onyxia?
Only good private servers are Vanilla or WotLK because thats what people want. If there would be enough people interested in TBC there would be good TBC private servers. Nobody wants TBC -> nobody cares creating TBC servers.
90% of people who want TBC actually want WotLK. Its that simple.
As I said in the other thread, customers aren’t there because service is crap, not the other way around. TBC servers are unpopular because they’re badly scripted (and unlike Vanilla and Wotlk, the main reason to play TBC is pve, not pvp).
But keep telling uourself that. We’ll see how many players are left on Classic once TBC launches in 2021
Everyone thought they want warmane tbc but they realized tbc is garbage and left after 3 months.
Yeah, not because warmane is a p2w badly scripted mess
Yea sure while warmane wotlk is badly scripted p2w BUT people still play it everyday with 12k pop at any day because its exapnsion that people want not tbc
imagine actually believing the pop numbers warmane provides
yikes
Yeah because as I told you a thousand times ppl play Wotlk for the pvp, not the pve, so they don’t care about how well scripted raids are or how donation items ruin pve progress
TBC was in every possible way superior to vanilla. Facts hurt, I know.
MoP, Wotlk, cata and legion were all superior to TBC. Classic however is a completely different game, it’s none competitive, social on a realm level rather than guild or rbg/arena team exclusively.
Hahah, yeah and the moon is made of cheese. You are quite the joker.
Superior how? I played both TBC and wotlk and, pve-wise, tbc is definitely better.
The power creep is slower, group composition in raids is much more important because classes are not as homogeneized, rotations are not as ridiculous as certain wotlk specs (enha shaman, affl warlock), dungeons require more tactics, BoJ gear doesn’t completely replace gear from previous raids like emblem gear does. And most importantly, TBC isn’t just about one raid per patch and doesn’t have multiple difficulties for the same raid. There is no easymode Illidan or M’uru
Rotations are far more ridiculous in TBC. The best DPS class has a 1 button rotation (macro). Dungeons have always been a joke unless you are doing high level m+ keys. I agree that multiple difficulties for raids were pointless, but Ulduar and ICC are far more enjoyable than any TBC content.
Easy mode is doing the TBC content with a raid group of people with 46 working chromosomes.
im not the one playing human female priest on a RP server, go “argue” somewhere else.
The lousiest comeback of the year. You really do not know much.
Comeback for what exactly? You provided no arguments and claimed the moon is made of cheese.
Ulduar is just about the only really enjoyable part of Wotlk. Icc was good but not that awesome IMO and the rest of the expansion was mediocre (ToC? Really?)
And most importantly, even the best raid becomes a slog if it’s the only raid you do for that week, on 10m and 25m. At least in TBC you always had 3-5 raids to do at any point in patch progression
As for rotation, I can agree that 1 button rotation can be a bit boring but it’s still better than playing whack-a-mole with 7-8 spells like wotlk enhas
TBC was only good for PvP, because you could gear up without giving up your real life (unlike Vanilla) and you didn’t have that cappy resilience stat so you could also help friends for dungeons with the same gear.
For the rest, WotLK is a vastly superior expansion.
There’s no point in arguing with someone so clueless as to what the best version of the game is. Especially if they bring up MoP.
TBC had no resilience? What the hell are you talking about?
