Why wont this macro work?

/cast Blood Fury
/cast Blade Flurry

I thought Orc blood Fury was off the global cooldown? but when I use this macro only Blood Fury triggers.

its a pretty terrible racial overall, would recommend using it when you’re out of energy

Also according wiki, it was taken off global cd in WoTLK.
