Will HC / SF buffs from hitting 60 carry over to the normal realms when transfering?

As the title suggests, if you die or move across to the normal realm from hardcore after hitting 60, will you retain your accomplishment buff?

There was an Ironsoul buff on normal realms for a HC run before the servers launched right? So it’s not like they don’t have, or should have objections to, letting you show this achievement on the Anniversary realms.

I hope they give the answer you’re looking for.

There were reports that buffs carries over but diminished over time. I would GUESS same happens on new servers. The diminishing sounds like a bug, but as usual not a word from Blizzard.
