Afaik you cant transmogrify legendaries
you can transmog all legendaries in classic cata apart from the warglaives for some reason
I stand corrected, I can transmog towards the legendary, but not transmogrify the legendary itself to somethign else
yeah they changed it for cata classic, its a really cool change but with the best looking weapon missing
I see tons of DK/Warr with Shadowmourne (lvl 85 wep tmoged into it) and shamans/priests with that leg mace, but no rogues/warrs with glaives.
#glaviesforrogues
we have mages with Thunderfury and we dont have rogues with glaives
You cannot transmog Warglaives in Retail unless you’re a DH, you cannot transmog them in Cataclysm either because Blizzard has already made this same decision. There is already an answer, you can find it in game, and that answer is no.
i hope not as i dont see many people playing to that point and the fact they already added legendaries into classic cata when it wasnt in the original
they also havnt added the replica 60 gear
Allright, last I checked we are playing classic where glaives are swords! It doesnt matter if they are DH only in retail. If they are adding legendary transmog to classic the glaives shoulds be in it.
They are still swords on retail, Blizzard made the specific decision that only DH should be able to transmog them. That doesn’t change just because this is Classic, until fairly recently in retail you couldn’t transmog Legendaries at all.
but i think it should change because its classic, thats whats been happening, changes that people want
People have wanted Warglaives transmog for non-DH on retail for years and Blizzard has answered with a clear no every time. That doesn’t change because this is “Classic”. Classic is specifically at its core about not change, it’s about expansions as they were back in the old days with very little change, while Retail is in a constant state of change.
If retail doesn’t get it, why would Classic? Retail is the game that sees most change.
because classic has been different from retail
i think blizz also knows alot of players will stop playing classic soon and they aint moving to retail
if you think about it it only goes retail players to classic, it doesnt go classic players to retail
They are not. They are Warglaives in retail.
He is just mad that he can’t have them on Retail so if he can’t have them, we shouldn’t have them either. The thing is they’ve already changed A LOT from original Cataclysm and saying “retail is about changes, not cata” is just pointless. Classic was never about having the same experience as in the original expansions, but about replaying the content for the ones that missed it and because it’s good money maker. In the end, people want the transmog and i don’t see why they shouldn’t give it to us and if they decide to not, they should at least speak about it. Currently there’s no blue post about it so it’s unclear what’s their opinion on the matter.
its a small change alot of people will like
just do it
WUT? i have no problem with rogues running around with warglaves but wut?
alot of players didnt get to use them in TBC
Why do people post things like this with confidence when they are so wrong and they haven’t even checked. Warglaives are swords and always have been swords.

I’m mad? I literally play Classic as my main game and have done since before TBCC came out. Why would I be mad about retail? They have also barely changed anything from the original Cata, we have Cata patch 4.3 with some very minor changes, far less changes than WOTLK had.
Hilariously wrong and revisionist. Classic was specifically about recreating the original experience and #nochanges was a massive part of Classic before TBC, even TBC only saw minor changes. It was ALWAYS about recreating the experience, not redoing the content.
Do you have anything more clueless to say?
