As a gay man I don’t feel unrepresented… but, that’s mainly because I don’t feel the need to wonder what sexuality any of the NPCs are.

I think the Argent Dawn forums would hate you and say you have internalized hompphobia, or something.

I don’t know if a fantasy game ever needs to reflect real people

I am a firm believer that real life shouldn’t have major influences over fantasy and people from the real world have a foothold in them. Then again I am someone who finds it nauseating to see real life creep in to things I enjoy.

You want to:

Escape real life, into the fantasy world of warcraft.
Yet
You want the fantasy world of warcraft, to be more like real life.

You can’t have both, it’s like trying to escape real life inside a virtual reality game of real life … doesn’t really have the effect you want.

Let them sort the games systems out first, there are plenty of new skin colors and eyes and face shapes coming into the game with Shadowlands, heck even a dude who was a chick before they died or something, it’s enough for now, let them get on with making the game great again after this terrible BFA expansion, we don’t need anymore distractions from this new age stuff
