I’m a player with limited consistent time to play, but I will personally NOT be buying the boost, heck I probably wouldn’t use it even if it were free since leveling is my favorite activity.
We don’t know a release date yet but many are presuming prepatch will come with the faster levelling. You should have plenty of time to reach your goal either way
