That only goes for the Firemaw PvP cluster.
The other PvP cluster and the PvE cluster is completely GDKP and boost free.

No - I didnt say it was dead. Just there is no GDKP or Boosting there.

No, the PvE cluster is not dead. There arent that many low levellers at the moment due to Anniversary being launched, but beside that raiding is continuing as usual.

Maybe Alliance side, but Horde side is much lower populated, at least it was when I was playing there.

I have decided to quit anniversary and I will not return to ERA or WoW again. The only exception would be Classic + launched on the preexisting era realms but I doubt they will do this.

Unfortunate you quit, but please no to Classic+ on Era. Just no to all changes, past and present. Sod and Anniversary are all for experimentation.

First you would have to define ā€œdeadā€. Second, I played Era when it barely had 2 guilds per faction and had a good time. Why? Because of the community I got to play with. We got to know everybody by name. Think of it as a small town kinda thing.

Beautiful if you ask me.

For me this is last take on Classic as whole, been here from begining and only reason why iā€™m playing Anniversary is because of its transgresion to TBC (my favorite wow version), otherwise i would not touch it. After TBC finishes, iā€™m done with WoW for good. Been on Era done plenty of stuff there, nothing else to doā€¦People of today are not the same people i loved playing back in the days, everything these days is so scripted and generic.

same here. i delayed 2-3 Xbox games just to enjoy TBC while there is players in it.

Era will never die but i will maybe return when iā€™m 80years old, there is not enough Warsong and AB per day to return in Era ā†’ lets go TBC for the last ride !!!

True I noticed playing against same ~20 players all day in warsong on era does get boring pretty fast.

But I think anniversary will be same problem, 90% of players will play BGā€™s not for fun, but to rank and get exalted, will be premade meta like in 2019 which is sad

Yeah thatā€™s why iā€™m not fitting on Era till end+ of TBC, all respect for the Warsong lovers on Era but thatā€™s not MassiveMORPG ā†’ and i donā€™t like that people have to deal with the opposite faction just to tag a BG

i never had R14 because the meta-gatekeepers didnā€™t want me to with the old system(and they are scared of my Legendary Skills so they donā€™t want me to get the weapons), then Blizzard made a new system and i canā€™t R14 because i refuse to shut my brain off in AV for 50hours/week

Even if iā€™m the best most skilled player, iā€™m never gonna get R14 with this system ā†’ itā€™s all for the rich in this Vanilla

They already took their promises back with multiple changes over the years. Chronoboon Displacer, Spell Batching, UI changes just to mention a few obvious offenders. They even went so far as to remove Classic Graphics Preset.

So if you belong to the no-changes camp, I wouldnā€™t hold your hopes up. It is very likely that they will continue with changing Era.

Era is about a gameplay / mechanics / mobility, evrything that is an UI could be added (dual spec, barbershop, transmog, class/race combo that exist in the Vanilla world #troll warlock, orc mage, dwarf shaman etcā€¦[dwarf mage existed in WoW alpha, for example, nothing from Wotlk and above] )

True - Hence why we have to remind them daily to undo all changes.

Yes it is - Killed wpvp and imposed the wbuff meta on everybody to an extreme.
