Sometimes, in a group, mostly dungeons, i will not be able to receive the WF buff from the totem…i have no other enchants or weapon mods on my weapon at the time but i still can’t receive it, while everyone else can.

Dont u use any kind of ui addon? Maybe u are geting wf, but just dont see it… Idk i play shaman and never had problem with this
No, definitely don’t receive it, i don’t get the buff at all, if i do then it’s not proccing.
Sometimes it’ll work if i leave the dungeon and go back in, but it’s a problem that’s stupidly annoying.
Hard to tell realy, u sure u dont ise anything? Not even sharpening from bs? If no i advice you to try submiting a ticket as a bug
Weapon sharpening made by blacksmith indeed does not stack with WF. Make sure that you havent sharpened your weapon.
Any duration weapon enchant, like bs stones, posion and alchemy stuff, prevent the application…
So if you gonna dungeon and chance get shaman, dont apply it.
Also totem range is 20 yards, 30 with talent… maybe wasnt enough close
Are you PvP flagged and they are not? That matters in classic, even inside dungeons.
