Compared to yesterday before the reset (01.10.2019), the drop rate of [Winter Squid] is a lot lower. I don’t know if what the numbers were in vanilla, but it would be very helpful to read the changes you guys are doing to the game, instead of figuring them out ourselves.

What time were you fishing yesterday, I believe you catch more squid at certain times.
8am-12am compared to 8am-12am yesterday.

I didn’t mix up the time… Yesterday the drop rate during these fishing hours, from deep water with 420 fishing skill, was 100% higher (roughly). I was fishing as many squids as lobsters. Today I’m fishing half that amount.

Hum… I guess from your poor spelling that you may not understand English properly and therefore may have misunderstood some fishing guides or something but…
Even now, before the Fishing Extravaganza prizes, you can easily get 422 fishing as Alliance and 427 as Horde (because they unfairly get a +25 pole when allies can only get a +20 one).
That’s 300 base +20 or 25 pole bonus + 100 from fishing lure + 2 from gloves fishing enchant.

I think you were just very lucky, I catch way more lobsters then squid and that has been for since you were able to catch squid.
