Not sure how popular the trinket is, since it’s not on any BiS lists or meta builds.
But personally I loved the added fun the Automatic Bomb Dispenser trinket gave to BM hunter combat, which normally is kind of simple and straight forward.
Now I guess this is a bit late to ask for but I think it would be a great addition for people that like to adds some more deep to their combat if this was made into an choice node for the talent tree. For example:
Stomp ←→ Pheromone bomb = spawn a pheromone bomb when casting barbed shot that can be kicked into your target to make you pet lash out on everything nearby for X damage (balanced)
or
Brutal Companion ←→ Tar bomb = Barbed shot has a 25% chance to spawn a burning tar bomb that can be kicked onto your enemy and deal X fire damage over Y sec (balanced)
Just some flavor, but would hate to see the BM hunter lose a fun (AND OPTIONAL) extra mechanic when the trinket is not useful anymore.
