Nah, I was doing transmog runs for my characters. I like to look classy and good and having a theme. I am aware I have many characters, but I am also swift runner at friday nights with tele.
When the news came I had some basic gold in that realm if I’d take wild guess it be 100-200k, cannot recall exact sum.
So news came and what I did:
- I did all gold emissaries which also meant paragons at alts on days, where the emissary was doable with either quick kill a mob or shell game/calligraphy on turtles faction.
- did do mount/mog runs in pandaria and WoD raids
- sold few enchants in AH
Now that above was the core foundation. And then I sold 3 mythic raiid BoEs. Now most people wouldn’t get those - I am aware, but I did not sell them with too high price. so it was just 1/5 or maybe closer to 1/4 to the whole total.
Got the 2 mounts from TOT, the spectral flyer from vault, and full sets mythic : mage, warlock, warrior, monk, hunter from WoD
It helps that, when you raid etc that you don’t spend money on consumables at same time - so my flasks and meals came from friend at same time.

You see alot of famers out there killin trash mobs by the millions. Many multiboxers, which made me wonder…
What’s more expensive? Keeping several accounts alive with real money or just buy Tokens with real money?
Either way it seems like too much work for a portable AH…

Im leaving the discussion here because i showed a way to make a good amount of rawgold and peeps are still whining or saying stuff thats not true and thats just annoying.
Sorry for not replying to your earlier post. I missed the point where you gave some ideas. I actually spent all day today farming gold. A poster above pissed me off with his rude attitude and made me decide to actually get the mount just to prove him wrong. Did various things from raw gold farm to AH selling and some low quantity flipping and somehow managed to end up with 430k gold from my initial 250k. I just hope Shadowlands doesn’t release before October because that would put immense pressure on my already limited time remaining. Thanks for the tips Akitsune. Gonna do my best!

this is very server dependent 
high population servers are cheaper, thats because the competition is much Higher, Low population servers tend to make ALOT More money from AH its tbh been that way forever
i know people who do half hour farming a Day and make continous profit :P… but again thats on my server.
