As a person who love playing WOW classic, I am not able to join some raids because I dont have world buffs.
At this point Blizzard shuold really consider removing them or just make them passive inside raids with some reduced effect maybe.

Looks like you’re just trying to join really elitist jerk groups. World buffs aren’t be all & end all. I hope you are otherwise well geared or at least on the way to it & be enchanted and have consumes for the raids? If not, it’s you. Otherwise, just find a nice guild or decent people to raid with. I don’t share your sentiment to get rid of world buffs though. Get them or don’t, you can still be good.
I understand. I agree with what you have said so I can share some more. I like BWL MC AQ NAXX, but I cannot stalk all day for raids buffs in order to get in some raid. This said it will be much sensible if they make world buffs passive inside raids but with reduced effect maybe.
Back the days of Vanilla, WB were mostly “unknown”.
Many many many guilds progress through all the raids without them.
Try to find for a guild or community which doesn’t require WB as mandatory.
Is hard nowadays … but must be there some out there.

Maybe there should be a npc in the start of the raid and you can pop all wbuff only once at the start of the raid. Sometimes it is really frustrating not to be able to join raids or not to get any loot because you are working all day.
World Buffs are important to keep people working together and against each other. World Buffs keep the world alive.
What should be removed is the Chronoboon. And the new layers.

I dont understand this at all. If a lot of people cannot attend raids because they DO NOT HAVE world buffs OR not be able to get any loot, how this is helping more people play and enjoy the game.
Nothing is stopping you from forming your own raids without a world buff requirement if you enjoy a slugfest.

This is not related to the topic at all. Even if I organize raids there STILL will be people who cannot attend becasue they DO NOT HAVE world buffs. And thus said it is not fair or you name it for all hte people who work during the day and cannot spend 2 hours per day fishing for some buffs.
Is this a 2019 thread?
There was a guild on my realm back in classic that insisted you do NOT have World Buffs for the raids. If you wanted to attend, you had to remove them. Sorry forgot who they were, but they did exist. Was Mirage raceway - EU PvE Alliance btw.

Exactly what I mean. I want just to make some raids after work and I am super limited (or impossible most of the times) to get in some proper raid. It is 2023 and people who love MC BWL AQ NAXX are always open for classic raids if they have a chance.
You would still have been expected to turn up with gear enchanted, consumables (food buff, potions etc). If not, then it’s no surprise to not get a raid spot. If everyone turn up unprepared (& maybe under-geared?), it could be a very bad raid! You haven’t stated anywhere if this is / is not the case?
Thats literaly you own issue. It has nothing to do with game.

I find it rather humorous how on one hand you had players calling vanilla content brain-dead easy, yet were stacking every single buff under the sun just so they could clear MC / BWL.
Then again this isn’t something new to WoW, players want easy clears and you’re really going to struggle as a pure DPS class if you aren’t at least pre-raid BiS (which is another problem with classic since barely anyone even runs lvl 60 5mans).
Change in your message world buffs on consumes and ask blizzard again.
If you cant prepare for raids its your problem. Sorry if it offensive.
Btw you can get anytime dmt and songflower and no need to stalk it. And there are bufftrains almost everyday at 19-30 server time. Main problem is rend ninja popers thets it.
And why are you not having them despite your raids ask it?
Are world buffs everyday even possible anymore?
With the small classic era player pop, Should’ve run out of dragon heads or Hakkar hearts a long time ago
I dont understand what is the diffence if there is an NPC at the start of the Raid and when you talk to him he gives you world buffs and saves you for the current raid, compared to wasting 2-3 hours during the day to get them. There will be no difference at all and there will be A LOT MORE raiding people out there.
Yes buffs are soo important to the point ppl cried about them and now we all have them stored in chronoboon and we dont pop them just coz… oh well if i do u wont and then you will wipe us and ill lose my buffs… so instead of using buffs we store them we go unprepared and we wipe together as a team! YEA MAN! -.- … i think we need a perma chrono at this point where we save buffs once and we can pop em with say a 24h cooldown or just remove chronoboon once and for all
