hi, can you guys do something about world chat? it is a very important feature that everyone uses across all realms but since it is a user created channel we keep having this issue of mindless, traumatised and low IQ users banning people from it or password protecting it just for the sake of trolling.

There’s this channel called LookingForGroup that’s worldwide, not controlled by a player, and basically fills the same function as what people use the World channel for.
It’s just that private server players tend to prefer the World channel out of habit.

hey buddy, alongside the “General” (per zone) and “Trade” (in cities), you can also have user-named channels that people can join. So if you type “/join roflkrakesucks” then you will create a new channel called Roflkrakesucks and other people can join so that you can talk to them no matter where you are.
There is a popular player-named channel on every server called “World”. Type “/join World” and you will be part of the chat channel. Its easier to use than General because it covers everyone across the whole faction/server.
Another one is LookingForGroup where people advertise dungeon/raid runs.
