Yes? Completely missing the point there. You can’t group for solo content… 
You can do any quest or what not with 5 man party. There is almost no "only 1 player allowed "content in-game. The only exception being I guess pet-battles cause there are only duels not “5v5 pet battle…battlegrounds…whatever”.
Only limitation is that you cant’ do some stuff while in raid group but thats about it.
They did mention that some people have a hard time making friends online, though? And this is like a cornerstone of MMORPG as a genre.

Do you even play the same game? Questing, Solo shuffle, Mage Tower, Delves. Granted a couple of those have no q times for obvious reasons. But there’s plenty of solo content in the game.

Aight let me qoute you again:
You CAN quest as party. You CAN do delves as a party.
The fact that people CHOOSE to do it solo is a different matter. But there is no Blizzard mechanic - “You are not allowed to be in a party” staring at your face when you want to enter a delve or do a quest.
Mage tower is currently not up and solo shuffle is a specific unique game mode. There are alternatives(the classic 2v2 and what not) for people who want to group so its more of a compromise from Blizzard’s point.
What’s doing delves in a party have to do with anything related to this thread…
We have something similar though, same kinda thing. But even so, I stated solo content, which you said the game doesn’t have, when it clearly does.
You’re missing the point entirely. May I remind you that this thread is about people constantly declining queues, hence the title of the thread.

And if you queue as solo dps or what not. Then its obvious to be expected? For your one dps spot, there is at least 20 applicants fighting over it.

90% of the time? No. Only people that constantly miss queue and go AFK would say something like that. 
Depends with what character you are applying. If its some lone 615 ilevel dps for a +10.
When like +630 people are doing +10s for weekly vaults?

As one who often go back solo-hunting apearences gear, elder achievements or just to se what i havent seen, find me more and more blocked by old content beeing changed to endgame content. Makes my happy/unhappy balance switch to unhappy.
either find a guild or friends, or just play other games. it is what it is.
Helpful suggestions. I don’t know how I didn’t think of those.
There are plenty of options:
- Play a tank or healer
- Get geared to 619 by Runed Crest then to 626 by spamming +8s
- Organise your own groups with your +10 keys
