think it was stated they have their own trimmed down version of the dragonflight mechanic we’ll see in the expansion, so im hoping that means dracythrs can fly around n shiz with their own wings, no mount needed

I kinda wanna have a go at a few different types, mostly black dragonflight aligned warrior type, and a green flight one that chills in druid type spots
ok but seriously: here’s a thing i immagine we could do in DF.
Thaldrakken, The main city, is most probably where dracthyrs will stay and since it isn’t some dimensional death stuff it would probably easy to come by since the explorer league and the reliquary found a way to go there.
dracthyr’s can help IC the new founds allies and make them learn something from them, and viceversa!
I’d rather have one with their own identity than try to emulate any given dragonflight’s stereotype. Be a dracthyr on the terms of their own lore, not an off-brand copy of something else.

As far as we know, the dracthyr will probably stay on the Forbidden Reach.
The Forbidden Reach was created by Neltharian the Earth-Warden for his dracthyr to serve as their training grounds.

We dont really know enough about them yet, time will tell but yeah I would plan on being more in line with Dracy specific stuff if it leans that way
I just wish to go explore Tyrhold and have Des learn more about the being that not only became a big part of human folklore but even served as the inspiration for his order, the Silver Hand. Should be fun to have paladins from around the world learn more about Tyr and see how it affects RP.
Capital city of “slaindragon” unless my old norse is way off? Weird choice but okay. I guess their special language gets to be very nårdic indeed.

Being what is essentially a combination of every major flight, that freedom of expression does seem fitting for their kind. We will obviously learn much more of their lore and role in dragon society (if indeed they were ever assigned a role before being put in hiatus) once Dragonflight draws closer, but I for one am growing increasingly excited for the dracthyr.

Well… tbh they sayd that neltharion made them but probably hid them somewhere that is the new starting zone of they’r. so it’s probable that they will make they’r role instead of learning about it.
