My hunter (Goatea, Lightbringer EU) is ilvl161 and has completed level 10 of renown to access the world quest reward upgrades. When I look at the rewards for world quests they show at the expected level (around ilvl 161), however when I go to do the quest the ilevel of the rewards drop down to ilvl148 and stay there. I did one of the quests just to check and the given reward is ilvl 148, not 161 (I have screenshots of it showing 161 and then dropping to 148). I’m also noticing that the area bonus quests are still there, it’s almost like the game hasn’t realized I’ve hit max level. I’ve completed threads of fate and am on level 10 renown but the rewards are stuck at ilvl 148
I’ve noticed that when I’m in my covenant the correct item levels world quest rewards show (mix of ilvl 158 and 161), but as soon as I zone out of there they go back down to ilvl 148.
