You should probably read the entire thread. People are asking for information yes, but people use these posts to ask for reimburcement or just throw out comments on how this is the typical “indiecompanie”.
When have i told people what to do? I simply threw out examples of activities people could do while waiting. But if you get offended by getting reminded that there are other things in life than being online in the game, then that seems like a “you” problem which im not gonna bark into. But the fact that you are trying to do the firstly, secondly and thirdly with me, just to repeat yourself in the firstly and the thirdly, just confirms to me that you should work on your skills in a debate
I bet ther is single technician trying to get sleepy boss to info what do we post. and no one answers to him.

Man, thank goodness there’s at least Silksong of all things to hold my attention. I just wanted to play the holy priest I finally capped and geared. 
But you need to use your time to get that gold. ( Time is money friend )

Same here on Azjol Nerub. Tried to get into Spiral Weave but got the instance not found error. I then tried Sidestreet Sluice and that was fine.

Small indie companies wouldn’t afford to keep quiet in a situation like this.
I have been waiting as well, atleast from some statement where the technical team confirms that the servers are not working. From what I have read on the forums I came to the conclusion that “radio silence” is probably the best thing Blizzard can do at this point.
I doubt they know the actual rootcause of this all, but people seems the be really annoyed about this.

I was able to play all the time until like 5 mins ago, cause my internet had a reset. Cant log back in now.
