Greeting
I’m logging in with all my character in the hellfire realm and after 70% of loading, I get disconnected and see “World Server is Down”.
I disabled all addon, Turned off the firewall, Removed the WTF folder, Updated all PC Drivers, Scan and Repaired the game, and still have the problem.
Can anyone help me to fix this, please?
same problem on draenor can’t even login to my characters this issue happened 6 month ago and here we go again plz let me play the game this isn’t much to ask
same problem here with 5 different realms Twistingnether Tarrenmill kazzak dreanor hyjal all stuck at 80 percent or so loading and comes up with world server down error
Ok, I finally logged in.
I asked a friend of mine to log in with my account and he could, He moved my character to orgrimmar and after that, I also could log in into the game but after I got [Shadowlands: A Chilling Summons] quest, When I click on Death Gate to Acherus, I see icecrown loading screen and nothing happens and after few seconds I get Transfer Aborted: Instance not found.
Update 1: I asked my friend to help me again and he was able to pass my main character through the Death Gate to Acherus and then he logged off and my character location was in The Maw but after I logged in, I’m back to square one.
Stuck at 70% of loading and then getting disconnected and see “World Server is Down”.
Update 2: After my friend logged in with my account for first time, I was able to log in as i said, I tried with my alts. They all have the same problem, After getting [Shadowlands: A Chilling Summons] quest and click on Death Gate to Acherus, I see icecrown loading screen and nothing happens and after few seconds I get Transfer Aborted: Instance not found .
But here is the funny thing, If I log out what that alt, I can’t log in again, I stuck at 70% of loading then I get disconnected and see “World Server is Down”.
Update 3: Turning War Mode On/Off, Change Talent and Removing all quests except the [Shadowlands: A Chilling Summons] are not helping me pass-through Death Gate to Acherus

Update 4: Just stand still in orgrimmar for 15 min and then click on Death Gate to Acherus. You get into The Maw

I am getting the same issue - world server is down for me too, funnily though, I do have one character that can log in on Kazzak but cannot access the Archerus gate. I am almost at the point I might just ask for a refund on Shadowlands and cancel my subscription

I have similar issues too.
I have the same issue as well , can’t logon with my main characters who are in major cities such as ogrimmar , this also happened to me when I tried to travel to suramar and today I’m unable to enter any part of the shadowlands, even if I intend yo use my hearthstone it only comes up with : "transfer aborted instance not found " blizzard please solve this
same problem, i cant logon on my main characters who are stuck in major cities…
also tried getting into stormwind with one of my alts, but i was getting this “instance not found” thingy.
The same problem happened to me again once I completed the Bastion quest line and I had to return to Oribos.
I was almost there then fell from the mount and then kept falling and falling until I did alt+f4 after 30 min.
Now I see my character in oribos but when I want to enter, I stuck on 100% loading then get disconnected and see World Server is Down which is happening because of Transfer Aborted: Instance not found in Oribos zone.
wondering will be here any kind of compensation…

the issue still persists…, haven’t been able to play the game since the launch…do something blizzard.
not to mention my sub time is being wasted.
Yeah same thing happened to me since launch as well as six months ago and the problem was on blizzard side. Using a VPN should fix this issue, for now!
What VPN are you guys using to solve this issue? Mine doesnt work with this at all.

tbh after seeing them giving no f about this issue 10 days after the lunch shows that they are not going to fix it and they don’t give a f about these players . an informative replay was enough for people to understand u care and working on it. we can’t even log into our characters! do you understand? i doubted. tell us u can’t help us and would be better for us to quite the game than wasting our time posting here .it would be less insulting
I’ve also been getting Instance not found error whenever I try to go into Oribos. On the first 10 days I wasn’t even able to go into any of Shadowlands maps.
I think it’s time for blizzard to take action and fix this problem.
I’m wasting my subscription time and they seem not to give a damn about this problem.
I honestly demand a compensation regarding this inconvenience.
hi excuse me how its can be fixed i hav this problem now my net is ok i repared game , download it again i did every thing some of my characters stuck and low lvls are just availble to play
