No answer here, been stuck since yesterdsay… Did a ticket yesterday aswell… Says 2 days 8 hours estemated reply… VERY bad service

They’re avoiding the issue on US forums it seems. This is just unacceptable. Unsubscribe and never look back kind of unacceptable.

same issue here - please find my character, I gotta raid tonight 
same problem here CoS timewalking when server shutdown was run and now unable to log this character at all. Says im in Court of Stars dungeon and tries to load it. Ends with world server is down.
Same here, tried everything you can try and stills stuck. Raid tonight, cant open a ticket to a gym cant access my main character.
The same problem here I’m stuck in Eye of Ashara, tried all possible avenues and seems to be no way to open a ticket.

Now i have two chars with the same Issue, cant contact a GM or open a ticket for it. All I get is the automated move your character response. Guess no raid for me tonight.
I am having the exact same issue, but on EU. Creating a ticket is a nightmare because you are constantly stuck in a redirection loop to the automated ticket for “Stuck Character”, which does not work, and they clearly do not want you to contact an actual human.
I detailed at length all the steps I went through that Blizzard suggested here and why they didn’t work:
I finally managed to find where to create a “none of the above ticket” here, edited for you NA folks. I assume it will get an automated reply telling me to go the character unstuck automated service.

Yeah I am not expecting much, but we don’t have any other avenues…
Try to use the contents of, or even copy and paste, my EU post that I listed so you can clearly show you have already tried all listed steps and the automated character unstuck service. Make sure to swap eu to us for the links or they will likely say “that is for eu servers and you are on na”…even though the process is the same.
Also, everyone starting their ticket with:
Cannot login in on Main Character - “World Server is down”
would be useful because then they get a deluge of tickets all stating the same apparent problem.

Came here to report this very same issue with Court of Stars TW after having been stuck in there on my poor Shaman since last night, and what thread do I find at the top? The fact that they ask you to fill out a survey after the “ticket has been resolved”, the ticket being the stuck character service that resulted in an error, is comical.
Still waiting for an answer from Blizzard.
Got a ticket from them after my Move Stuck Character failed saying I need to contact a Game Master, but of course they don´t say how… what a joke of a support system
Yes I did mention that in my long post I linked…I think I called the survey “woefully ironic”. Thing is, when I finally got through to an actual human, it was resolved promptly and politely, and they apologised for the issue.

The support system is clearly designed to make you go either crazy, ask here, or just give up.
