WotLK lvl 70 character boost - when will be useable

Hello, for mods: I would like to ask the method of lvl70 character boost at the classic WotLK.
When will be available for buying and when will be ready for applying the character boost? At the release of prepatch, or at the time of the WotLK classic launch?
It would be important for me to know, becouse I would like to change my raiding main char at lich king expansion. It would be best that I could use boost at prepatch, so will have time to lvlup professions and get some proper gear for questing at Northrend.

Pre-patch they’ve already said it somewhere.

To “let you prepare your character for the release”

Two things, you could start levelling now and not buy your way to 68, you will only be able to do it once.

Also when the pre-patch hits ALL XP sources are increasing by 50% given.

Meh, i leveled 4 characters in classic/TBC classic, dont have the nerves to lvlup a 5th one (spriest).
