It’s a indication of what was seen as reasonable back then, knowing Classic as an example followed Vanilla releases somewhat closely. There has been no sign of Blizzard taking to acount how many or how big the raids have been in each phase as a guideline to how long they are out - as the people farming 2 hours/week from June to September in TBC know. The longer they can post-pone a new release of any sort is a win in their book.

But of course, your guesses taken out of thin air (with July as one of the months) are obviously much better, arent they. Hope the text is visible up there from your high horse.

Back then it was reasonable to release T4, T5 and even Hyjal raids all at launch, and BT 6 months after launch. We’ve already stopped following the schedule for content releases since the beginning, there’s no reason why they would start now. Plus, back then Arena Seasons were several months behind PvE content, with Season 2 starting around when BT went live. If they stretched P3/P4 to make them last as long as 2.1-2.3 lasted back then, this would also cause a significant stretch of arena seasons that would be nothing like what occurred back in original TBC. Therefore, I don’t believe there’s much of a point into expecting phase release schedule to follow original TBC schedule closely at all.

Feel free to quote me again if SWP still isn’t out before November 2022 (in original TBC, SWP came out 10 months after BT).

Wrath pre patch will come around november this year
