Hello everyone,
does anyone know if there is a WoW Classic Armory planned just as there exists for retail?
There are no plans for a WoW Classic Armory, just as there wasn’t one in Vanilla.
Ion said in the first presentation for Classic at BlizzCon 2017 that there’s not going to be one, because “In Vanilla, in order to actually see who someone were and that gear they had, you had to go up to them and inspect them” and went on about how that was an important aspect, and I would agree with that.
I remember there was an in-game addon which scanned people when you inspected them. You could then manually run an upload of you local data to a global database. At one point in time, many players had this addon and you were likely to find your character online. It was quite nice, and linked to thottbot items. This could easily be made again, I assume.

I think there should be an armory that would only show which guild that character is in as well as other guild members.

How do you do that?
If there are going to be aa “Armory” for Classic, there’s no idea in modelling it after BfA Armory, as it is only end-game oriented.
Some detective work, mixed with luck.
