They are allowing transfer only to new realms so as to not disrupt the AH economy on any existing realm that was released after launch and has not yet reached the level at which more in demand mats are easier to get.

For 14 Years iâve been playing with my friends and gaming-buddies.
And then you make one giant mess⌠The so called âlaunch dayâ, minimal amount of servers, for one of the most hyped game launches. Then you make new options, which we ofcourse choose. And then thats FULL aswell⌠But ofcourse âthats my problem for finding a FULL serverâ -Christ⌠I wanna make MY OWN decision to go unite my community and friends again⌠Without deleting my character every single time!
This is like buying tickets for a movie, and then the queue is so long, that i wont see half the movie, then the solution is, that i can go watch the same movie, in another movie, JUST not the one where my friends is at⌠FCKING BullSh*T

At launch me and Friends decided to start at launch on gehennas. Due to the chaos and queue Times some decided to move and others to stay and we got split up.
I aint moving anywhere until you sort out your f*ck up at launch u managed to do and allow transfers to more realms so i can play with my Friends.
Open up transfers, wouldnt Hurt to open up faction change aswell in order to transfer and play with Friends. As half of them quit the sh*tshow so most of my Friends that still plays, play alliance and im horde on a 7 hour queue server called gehennas.
Make more PVE servers plzâŚ
Like 20 PVP servers to 3 PVE servers is not right!!!
Oh and 2 are full and one is high!
Queuing for any time, every time you log in is not funâŚ

PvP is the only acceptable answer. and 30min is NOT long. ask all the other people here. everyone has longer queue.

Queuing for 30 min would be a blessing. I stay every day 3-4 hours in queue. And last week i stayed even 6
You had 14 years to grow up and not fill your forum post with needless toxicity. The mind boggles at the amount of 30+ years old people being needlessly toxic over a game. Society really has gone down the drain.
Your post wouldâve been solid constructive feedback without the cursing.
How is this supposed to help me play with my friends again? Our community got fractured because some had time off and some didnt on launch. We switched the the servers you told us to, then they got full and some of us switched to new servers again. Now we are fractured on 3+ servers with a lot of hours pured into our character thinking we would be able to server transfer our characters together at a later date. Honestly, iâd even pay to be able to move my character. But at this point i think you owe your classic community the oppertunity to move to a server together.

This is not good.
I was excited for the Danish, and general Nordic countries to actually work together and kinda figure out what server to land on. But launch day came and not everyone had time to sit and wait in q for 8 hours every day, so ppl got scattered again.
I know for a fact that many would like to be able to PAY for a transfer if they could have several options of where to go.
This âforced; you must go to THIS server if you want to get away from quesâ is not good at all. It solves nothing but big servers, and groups and communities will remain scatteredâŚ
I am excited that the game was far more popular than you thought, but please, Blizzard, work with us here. We want to play with our friends. Send help.

So, now free transfer all EU realms -> Spanish Realm
Itâs something at least, controlled migration so the new servers get an equal spread.

I really wish people would stop saying they are happy to pay to transfer. Most of us arenât as we got conned into reserving early. For nothing.
Just give everyone a free transfer and some igreater indication when they move of the current pop there.
