As I don’t get how WoW Classic 20th Anniversary Edition will affect WoW Classic players, my question is what happens for Classic players?
Should we start thinking start from the begining on 20th anniv. version? Or it will be some kind of migration feature?

They are opening new fresh classic servers that will progress into TBC after all phases are done.
There will be 1 PvP and 1 PvE server.
Everyone starts from lvl 1, if that is what you asking

Now I will need to think what I should do: stay in classic or start from the begining in 20th version…
Any hints or sugestions for returning players that want some stability gaming, i.e., slowly level chars and stay on same game for more years?

Well Era has been there since 2019 or 2020 something like that…
If you wanna play slow and be sure to keep your character, Era is there for you.
Me personally want to experience TBC again, as i find it to be one of the best expansion Blizz ever made…
The good thing about playing on a fresh server is that the economy is not so inflated like on Era ( you can imagine how much gold ppl farmed / bought in the past few years ), and there will be no GDKP raiding.
It’s really up to you what to choose, but i think fresh will have alot of players playing the same game as Era got.
Who knows, maybe they will even allow players to transfer to Era servers abefore TBC goes live, nobody knows that yet.

Edit : Btw if you haven’t experienced the vanilla gameplay i would suggest you go for the fresh servers… That way you see the whole game as it is, but… Prepare for slow lvling
