Hello classic players.
Does anyone know when the “sets” tab becomes available in appearances.
i really like collect tier pices and pvp pices but i like to have a overveiw of what i have.
Not in classic. Don’t think it was even in Cata, maybe Pandaria? I didn’t play past that. Certainly it won’t be in Anniversary.
Don’t be so certain of this. We had lots of Pandaria “QoL” changes in Classic Wrath.
And the Equipment manager came with 3.1.2. So re-launch of Classic Wrath is a good guess.
But the Collections tab … if this is what OP thinks of … was added in MoP and then only for mounts and pets. Toys and heirlooms were added to this in WoD, and appearances in Legion.
That was never a thing in the first 12 years of wow. You looked like what you wore. You couldn’t dress up as a goofy golden princess while running warlock tier 3.
You so can dress up all you want - by having extra sets in your inventory, taking up space. This is what I do in Classic … and how I’ve always done. The Collection tabs is a modern (retail’y) invention I agree, but absolutely nothing keeps you from collecting appearances and dressing up in Classic.
What you speak out against here, is not collecting, but 'mogging.
