almost broke my mouse… already 2 hours waiting on initializing… tried to update it and nothing… then i uninstall the game and wants to download again and what happen? waiting on initializing… cant even download the stup!d game… im so f… angry

Stop the Battlenet update agent and then restart battle net and itll fix that.

Same here, been stuck for about 5-6 hrs now. Tried clearing BNet cache, didn’t work. Stuck at initializing.

What worked for me:
- Close battle.net and the agent process
- Start VPN to Hong Kong
- Login to battle.net Asia
- Turn off VPN while app is active > Download started
- Download until 2%
- Restart PC
- Set battle.net back to Europa and start the app > Download continues

Using my own VPN app, switching the server to one of the New York servers works best for me; the fastest download speed so far.

Welll my download started about 15 min ago and is on 2% lol (nvm just hit 3) xD
It only has a 2GB limit though, update is 4GB?
Nah mines like 600mb
Somehow it didnt use all 2gbs for me , I think 4gb is on disk but download file is much smaller
