WoW download stuck on "initializing"

After being stuck Initialising for 10 minutes or so, I’m now downloading at the blistering speed of 163 kb/sec.

I’m trying to install the game on my Mac to benchmark it for my friend who are thinking of buying a Macbook.

I guess I have to leave my laptop on for a week…? Could you please feed your hamsters a little bit more?

Got the same issue, tried everything listed here but no luck. I WAS thinking about going back to WoW…
