Wow error 51900319

Hi

I experience this wow error 51900319 just before MOP remix. And before this, in all my years, I had never experienced it.

When logging in I usually get a disconnect after a few minutes. And then especially during M+ I experience this problem which ruins the key (very frustrating!) My internet connection however keeps running.

I have already done the following on advice from support and forums:

  • Check firewall/antivirus (this has never been changed before I had this problem)
  • Restart your computer and router/modem (tried several times)
  • Disable background applications (even if i play nothing but wow it still happens)
  • Flush your DNS cache and reset your network configuration
  • Drivers and operating system are up to date
  • Scan and repair
  • Removing all my addons

Any ideas what else I could try? I’m not an IT genius but I would like to solve it. Because this way I lose the courage to play wow anymore :frowning:

Its ISP issue.

Maybe your provider do some maintance somewhere, or the the main eletcrisity company change something (like a pillar or transformer, etc) and it can cause change the route of your ISP net, and it can cause u got dropped down all the time.

How can you tell it’s ISP issue without troubleshooting the route?

Have similar issue.
Internet is working just fine but Battlenet is choking.

fastest workaround for me was just alt+f4 wow and bnet and loging in again but i am getting sick and tired of having DC every single m+ i am trying to do

What can determine you route? – ISP-s… and the circle is closed.

The simpliest way to try is VPN. If with VPN the wow get same disconnects then is the main ISP.

On the summer there were some days when i could play with WoW. Then Vodafone finnished their maintances, and all problems vanished.

It can be useful if you make traceroutes with WinMTR like ppl did in recent topics (Disconnected from WoW all day, WinMTR logs included). Probably we’ll find out you have similar problem with Amsterdam router of Blizz but who knows.

You can check you route with free tools like MRT (example in link is above).

VPN fixes this problem, btw. Ppl in recent topics wrote that it works absolutely fine if they connect via VPN. Actually, they wrote about it in the same topic. It doesn’t look like ISP problem at this point. Maybe there’s a maintance on Blizzard side for several weeks and they’ll fix it soon (hope so) but who knows. The customer support ignores folk atm. We will see. Now is only solution worth of trying - VPN.
