WoW Lego Sets

(Don’t get too excited it doesn’t exist.)

I’ve picked up a few of the 18+ Star Wars sets recently (TIE Interceptor, X-Wing and the huuuuge AT-AT)

There’s also the big LOTR sets (Barad Dur  )

Got me thinking, if they were to make WoW sets of that scale… what would you like to see?

Ice Crown Citadel and Stormwind Keep are probably the most obvious ones.

Any other ideas?

Would love to see Suramar in lego!

Stranglethorn Vale and Booty Bay, and I want to see the goblin statue on Janeiro’s Point island too.

Lego’s at its best with buildings (imho) so my first choice would definitely be Stormwind. I can just imagine the Keep and the Cathedral. I also like the idea of Booty Bay (not my favourite place but would work well with Lego).
And maybe (a curveball) Dazaralor. It looks wonderful and, so long as I don’t have to find a specific npc or room there, it would be great to look at.
I love big Lego kits so would certainly be in the market for one or more. (Do we even have Mega Bloks in the UK?)

Apparently Mega Bloks already has a deal with Blizzard. So unfortunately it’s unlikely to happen.

I would love it though if Lego would. Especially sets that would be a bit more ‘down to earth’. A tavern, a guard tower, a farm. That kind of stuff. And the minifigures… Oh man!

Id totally buy and build Boralus if that existed. And stormwind.

Lego’s very particular about the IPs they work with.
Although they’ve seemed to become a bit less stringent (they’ve released a Jaws set this month, so yeah…).

Of course it could just be a case of another company willing to pay more for the licensing. It’s all down to that ‘money money’.

I would kill for a goldshire Inn

A few pictures from my city, which is a small town on a magical tropical island. A mix of vintage tech (70’s-80’s) mixed with magic and all sorts of mythical creatures and races.

Still very much under development.

Jaws is a stone cold classic! And it’s its 50th anniversary coming up

Oh I agree. It’s just fairly surprising that Lego would make a set of a movie about a shark that’s killing people. :innocent:

That is quite an amazing build.

Most of these sets are aimed at +18 and are marketed that way.

The ATAT I’m halfway through is almost 7000 pieces.

I actually nearly bought the Jaws set yesterday until I say the X-Wing on sale for almost the same price

Sure, but they’re still pretty strict when it comes to IPs and human violence (they don’t really have a problem with ‘fantastical’ violence it seems; Star Wars (alien violence), Marvel (superhero/alien/mythical violence),etc.

So even though they have a large amount of stuff targeted at adults, they’re still holding on to those core values of the company (with a rare exception here and there). I suppose that’s the upside of it being a privately owned company; no stockholders to please and such.

I’m going to get it soon. The boat is perfect for my town.

I don’t like Lego Star Wars personally (even though I like Star Wars in general).

I would love to see Mechagon, Lego has the ability to create machines and robots. I’d love to see an attempt of Mechagon with cogs and wheels spinning, turning etc.
