WoW needs a reset

Who is this everyone?
Are they in the room with us now?
You don’t speak for everyone.
I’ve had amazing experiences and memories in Mists of Pandaria for example.

And if you “Reset” the game, a lot of people will simply quit.

So is it on my roleplay server, I don’t see what others having a good time in classic (good for them genuinely) has to do with retail tho

It’s the ‘classic’ (pun intended) way for Classic cucks. Bash retail and praise their own preferred version. Because… Well, because they’re just sad people who don’t want others who enjoy something different to have fun. I mean… Why else would you come to a forum that’s NOT about Classic to praise Classic and bash retail?

If Classic is doing so good and is thriving, the Classic forums must be doing equally well, right?

Right? :smirk:

Any chance you can explain why you don’t use the enter key at all?

You know

Ugh another one. Let me guess you aren’t here to talk to people who have X number of achievements because they are brainwashed shills (translated, people who actually play the game).

IKR ?!
Argent Dawn is so alive, and you run into people literally everywhere…

Didn’t you quit like 2 days ago?

RP servers don’t have sharding. Which brings me to my rant…

Why is classic so alive? They have fewer servers, so by default the population is denser and as far as I know they don’t have sharding (or at least not as aggresive as the one we have in retail). Thats it, it only looks alive, just open up the server lists of any classic era version and then compare them to retail and see for youself.

But hey retail is dying right?

Yes he did, Blizzard forgot to dissable his forum pass.

And I’m really happy we don’t have aggressive sharding.
Sure, we sometimes get a few visitors, or we get sharded to somewhere else when we party up, but overall, I’m really happy with our little bubble.

Yeah I’m considering moving to AD at some point. Like I’m not an RP-er but its interesting seeing people RP-ing. A friend of mine plays on AD and told me of a rogue that plays sad music each night in SW (obv uses an addon but idk which one).

As long as you don’t interupt the RP, you’ll find us a welcoming community to anyone :dracthyr_nod:

Oh I know. Up until yesterday I was part of an AD raiding guild. Like the people were nice and chill, I just felt kinda bad because all of them were really commited to raiding and I wasn’t.

Sounds like our raiding setup :dracthyr_hehe_animated:
We raid as part of a mythic guild’s social team.
Bunch of scrubs (our guild) that sees/clears up to heroic difficulty while being guided by the mythic team’s alts :3

None of us make a dent on meters etc, but we’re having fun!
And I think that matters more than anything else really.
So even if someone doesn’t take the raiding too serious, as long as you don’t actively sabotage the raid, does it really matter?

Yeah, but the nigh-inevitable Classic++ will definitely kill retail, just like “Wildstar” did, and “Age of Conan”, and “Final Fantasy XIV”, and “City of Heroes”, and…

I’ve been playing since Vanilla, and retail WoW has supposedly died and yet kept going more times than a mythic raider on progression night…

Mine was a youtubers guild (Kakio). They just started Mythic and HC moved to casual fridays. The problem for me is that I feel out of place because raiding is just a means to an end for me, and even though I try to do the best I can in the raids I know I’m nit because I’m just bored/uninterested and I do zoom out from time to time during boss encounters. So I just stopped going to the raids. Also I do believe that guilds should be for like minded people and me and the guild were on opposite sides of a coin, they liked raiding and did M+ for gear while I like M+ and do raids for gear. Like we have the same goal but our interests are drastically different. How should I explain it? Have you ever done something with someone that clearly didn’t want to do it or be there? It was like that all the time from one side or the other.

Don’r forget Classic++ 4x4 Season of Hardcore Battle of Shadowlands. It will definitely kill all gaming forever. Trust.

Oh I know about Kakio’s raids, a few of my guild members attend those as well.
They’re super chill.

Such as in dornogal, the capital is even on my sever quit busy.

Its classic (pun intended) retail bashing as usual.

Same, on my server (die aldor) dornogal is full at Primetime.

Same in aldor

And still the they hang out in stormwind because it’s the hub for classic, because why would you want to hang out in Darnasus or Ironforge?

It’s the same later where the action shifts to the respective addon hubs that are full of retail despite everything.

They said it since classic release and retail is still their and still doing fine.
The doomsayer never get old amd They are wrong every year.

Esactly so, even if i play mostly Classic (main reason is that if you want play seriourly in retail you are forced to buy a new pc every new expansion).

I still miss being able to do some Solo shuffles or having better systems in game like flex for raids, but generally Classic Cata has been a big miss compared to Wotlk, i do good it will get better with MoP.
