It’s a fantasy game, they don’t have to equal to what we see in the real world.
However, some of the races we see in-game do take some inspiration on our culture. What I infer fo the way they are represented in-game are:

Tauren / Highmountain - American indians
Orcs / Mag’har - Africa
Trolls - Jamaican / Caribbean
Zandalari - Mexico / pre-hispanic cultures in America
Worgen - British
Undead - Northern Europe / British / German (?)
Night elves / Nightborne - Asian
Goblin - Jew people (I know this may sound anti-semitic, but it’s the way Blizzard chose to portray this race with all the Jewish stereotypes).
Humans - humans in general (lacking in races because humans are a race in itself in the game).
Pandaren - Asian
Draenei / lightforged - Aliens
Blood / Void elves - sterotypical elves from novels / sci-fi, etc.

I’m not sure about gnomes. I guess they only draw inspiration in techologically advanced societies as seen in some cyberpunk manga / novels / films.
Sorry if I forgot any race.

Draenei show a lot of Greek/Turkish stuff mixed with protoss.
You have elekk which were mounts of Persia and Alexander the Great.
Some of the Draenei naming is taken from Greek mythology (just from top of my head is Argus, which is a lot of things in Greek mythology… Also Austrian beer).
Only thing for the life of me I do not understand is why they have Slavic accent.

Tauren are obvi native Americans
Trolls are Jamaica or something like that.
Orcs are… Nothing in particular?
Zandalari are apparently heavily inspired by Aztecs.
Hoomans and Worgens are obvious.
So are dwarves.
Blood elves are I think the only race without any real life reference.

elaborate pls, i need to know, while i am melting my silver and breathe heavily…

on a serious note, by their style and dialogues, they are meme collection of Brit stereotypes

Taurens seem similar to the Navajo Pagan Tribes.

Night Elves make me think of the Scots and Irish since they’re generally Druids and the Cat Sìth was sometimes interpreted as a Witch that could turn into a big Cat.

Draenei seem similar to Russia.

Trolls seem similar to Jamaica.

Undead actually make me think of the Gothic or Vampire Sub cultures rather than Races.

Nah, we dont have a prophet or spaceships, neither we came from some other world/ universe/ dimension and have some piety tbh. most importantly our females dont have hoofs, i have checked.

We are forsaken, cause well nobody likes us for our leader`s actions, but we are loyal and hardworking lot.

Dranei have an indian vibe to me, with their eleks and dance moves. Then their accents are russian lol

They must be balcanians xD

What?

The Kvaldir are viking inspired, but I never ever saw the orcs as it.

W… what? Nightborne are CLEARLY French.

Kvaldir reminds me alot on Norse folks xD

More accurately, Kung Fu Panda reminds you a lot of Blizzard’s warcraft series. The Pandaren Brewmaster predates KFP by many years
