Oh I don’t disagree, and I’m not calling him boring or a bad character from a narrative point of view. The question was, rather, which traits of his could be considered toxic and, well… I’d say there were a few, but very obvious issues he had to work through.
I’m actually still a little surprised Blizzard killed him off so early in Legion, too.
He was reaching a point where his demons were at long last (largely) dealt with, and had matured and come well into the role of an excellent king and father. To give Anduin’s character room to grow, I assume, and to set the stakes for the expansion’s story same as with Vol’jin, but, eh… wouldn’t have mind if he’d stuck around a while longer.

The reason why I’m falling out of love with this game is because it’s trying to be something it’s not, and in turn, it’s turning into something that will end up appealing to nobody.
Why do this? There are only felon musk simps on X these days.
If all the sane people leave then it just becomes a right wing echo chamber. Plus there’s a few people I still like to follow on there.

Nah you get really numb to it these days, with all the sane washing of absolute outlandish

Somewhere between 35-40. But even if it is they would still lose money from all who are underage and not to mention how it affects advertising. Its monetized reason why they target as big market they can. They estimate they would lose money if not, and they made wow 20 years ago to make money and its still their main objective with the game. But the more wow makes the longer we also get to have it aslong they see it profitable so I cant complain too much aslong they dont start rising monthly sub or force me to pay more somehow, currently all other costs top of expansion and sub is optional so I dont mind. I buy something when I really want something too.
