Well your guide isn’t that long, essentially it’s just make sure your voidwalker has more aggro than you by not doing anything for 10 seconds. Takes a lot of time and your voidwalker will run out of mana and needs to be constantly healed.

My advice at 30 and you’re not dungeon grinding, spec demonic sacrifice and get the 3% health every 4 second buff, you can just dot and wand everything down yourself with no downtime since you get keeping healed with buff and demonic armor. Make sure to wear stamina gear to increase max health.
This is my macro copied from a low level warlock in classic I just go through it and never get attacked.

Just change the rank to your highest. The order could be tweaked to put Curse of Agony first to get more damage from it.
Oh yeah, your UI needs some work.

Love it, had a same set up, thing is they usually die before agony has it’s full duration. So just use immolate which triggers the global cooldown at start and then throw corruption + wand macro. I mean for trash mobs in open world, not for elites ofc.
I had no problem with my void keeping aggro while leveling my lock I’d send my void in Dot the mob he’s attacking with corruption CoA and siphon not using immolate as that would pull aggro then pull another mob dot it up and then fear then pull another mob dot it up and face tank it with drain life or wand.
As a lock you should be multi pulling to maximise xp and gold gain.

Impressive, I find that even with improved void walker talents, the slightest dot or wand damage will tear the mob off the voidwalker and straight to you. Even at level intervals of 10-20-30-40-50 when the torment has the max level rank for your level, a slight breeze seems to take off the aggro.
That is also including the 5% extra damage as orc

Well for the voidwalker sacrifice buff, 30 is already better than succubus leveling but at 35 you gain instant corruption if you put the next 5 points in affliction, make sure to buy/equip a good wand with high dps. You will have no downtime and the kill time for a mob is just 3-4 seconds slower.
Don’t be deterred by the first mobs either, your defense skill needs to catch up since you used to take it with your voidwalker.
Well I usually let the void get to the mob and get a hit and torment in before I apply dots and start moving towards another mob while the voidy is headed towards his target with siphon I would occasionally pull threat but if you let him get a torment in first then dot you’ll find that he will keep aggro if your not doing anything else to the target like wanding and focusing on another mob.
You can let the void aggro. But know that he will lose it. How fast you ask? has alot to do with your latest torment upgrade and your dmg.
Dont see him as a full time tank, but see him as a help which gives you a few sec of free casting on a mob. When he loses aggro, wand/dot the mob down. and sent the void to the next target. While you finish the first, the void has some time to get aggro on the next.
You can also go succubus, dmg will be greater and with i think it was dark pact you can drain quite some mana. Succubus dont need much skills to do decent dmg so you can drain alot of mana from it.
Ofcourse you will get more hits in then with the voidwalker. That is why most of the time this is used with life drain.
There is a basic drain tanking guide which is quite good. I thought it was dive drain tanking, you can look this up
Last thing is if you use drain tanking (suc + dark pact) + bandage makes it so you can get close to 100% uptime.
