I wish Blizz would give at least a heads-up before they do something like that. I would imagine some people would be saving to get a token to sub for the TWW because they can’t afford a monthly and they planned to go hard on WQ for the last few weeks but now they can’t.
I think instances like that might be more common than Arachnophobia.

if they planned on doing this I can’t understand why they didnt release the mop remix chars with maintenance, seeing as the WQs had to be the only reason they were locking them into remix for so long.
One of the most heartless decisions ever , i mean you are axing players who like self-sutain and who actually do your content …
and it’s 2 week’s prior to the expansion .
I’ve lost any bit of trust i had in you .

Thats pretty poor, they should be looking for reasons to engage people in the last couple of weeks of the expansion.
Instead they go out of their way to pee them off.

Last week i didn’t log at all due work .
Logged today saw an 100 gold elite quest .checked all quests~they give like 90 gold. Logged off and waiting for the next expansion . 2 weeks break .
I mean there nothing to do …raiding …no one is doing … M+…again none . You still have World Content that i doubt anyone will do 10-20 quest for 90 gold… Shadowland and Bfa give more rewards as it is right now .
At the end i believe a bold move since i doubt ppl are so dumb to waste 1 hour+ for getting like 600–800 golds as it is right now

Might be a bug? When they did the first patch of pre-patch the old LFR raids where rewarding full price items a clear was like 5k OFC they fixed that asap lol.

Shadowlands WQ nerfed after 1 week Xpac came out not before!
came back to retail after 2 years of classic and planned to gather some gold for ww , had a nice run last week with my chars…
well i logged in today and saw the rewards!!! i was like :OOOOO (and im still dragging my jaws on the floor) …
didnt give up tho , tried a race and bam 96 gold ((((((:
like who ever decided to apply the wq reward changes before ww, should be proud !

This happens every expansion.
Remember this is the expansion launch patch now. They put it in earlier than ever cause of early access, which is another negative of it. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Good gold rewards should come back in the war within WQ’s. Yeah… this sucks, but the devs are on a suck roll atm. They are trying hard to make TWW a dud.
Oh well cam back this month to farm some gold and prep for new expansion, guess ill just log, not sure if ill come out for launch

Honestly just quit and come back on release. It’s pointless.
