Nobody who is currently running dungeons with others will stop doing that.
Firstly as they’re almost certainly doing M+ which this doesn’t do.
Secondly, they likely have a social structure in place already.
This is for players who can’t run dungeons with others. I’m one, I’ll now be able to see the dungeons and finish the centaur story for ohanrahan sojourner.
Well I agree with you, But it is to replace people for people who don’t want to do it with people. He’s trying to say it’s not to do that. When it clearly is.
The daily cap makes sense but I don’t understand why you would add this feature and then provide XP negatives for using it. The time spent to complete a dungeon is similar, right? Probably a bit slower than with a full team of players (assuming everything goes well). Seems backwards but whatever.

Would love to hear how many normal dungeons the people complaining actually do. Also why they can’t just sign up for a dungeon if they don’t want to do follower ones. It’s another case of the “remove lfr” crowd because they don’t do it.
I got more xp doing 2 racing world quests than Ruby life pool follower run.

This isn’t a cake walk either. I just tried one on my poorly geared, poorly speced (25 talents not spent yet), poorly played rogue and the first pull was a wipe.
So it’s not a auto-win nor an insta-reward.
Lower XP gains is not the case of XP negatives since you are not loosing XP by doing dungeons with the followers.
Maybe try to think a bit bigger? It’s not supposed to replace people entirely. Of course bots are supposed to replace people in a single dungeon run, but they arent looking to replace group finder with bot finder. I didn’t think that required explaining.
it is for people who don’t want to play with real people. I don’t think that required explaning, it’s obvious. As gram said sign up for your dungeons and stop crying about something that doesn’t have to affect you. Stop guessing stuff as facts.

It’s popular because it’s new, and it serves a purpose - allowing people to test new specs and roles without having to perform for other players. And that’s good.
The whole “oh no I’m getting less xp when I do it” crowd are just missing the point.
I never level through LFD so this will for me just be an option to actually do some dungeons while leveling instead of only questing. And i get to try out new specs and roles in a dungeon environment. I can live with the xp not being optimal. The LFD is still there for those that want bigger xp gains and i guess they dont wanna make follower dungeons an equal or better way to level to ensure there will still be ppl using the LFD tool.

Once again guessing the purpose of something based on a biased of not liking it. Ignoring the fact that you still get xp in there and loot. Link me where Blizzard said it’s for what you claimed it was for?
What next questing isn’t supposed to be for leveling because timewalker runs give more? Can use the same logic.

I only do m+ dungeons and I didn’t play PvE in Season 1, so I still haven’t done half of the DF dungeons. My new crew and I will be making our way through them soon.
I’m max level (no brag) so I’m not bothered about the less exp, especially since I just level via questing.
Im lvling(63 lvl) warlock atm, seems no dungeon for me? I mean no Follower or Specific, neither random DG available? Is this a bug??
Do you have 180 ilevel?
