You can report level 1 spammers and boosters

Individuals and guilds selling boost or assistance in raiding, dungeon, or PvP activities for gold is allowed but can only be advertised in-game through the Trade Services chat channel

People that sell boosts and do not do it in the designated “services” channel, are reportable.

Individuals and guilds selling items and profession services for gold is allowed but can only be advertised in-game through the Trade chat channel.

Warlocks selling summons in anything other than the Trade chat channel are reportable.

Advertising for gameplay activities should be done by a WoW player-character who intends to participate in the gameplay activities. This means there should be no cross-realm advertising, and there should be no advertising from non-participating players.

If you see a level 1 character selling boosts, they’re breaking the rules and are reportable.

You can report people in chat by right clicking their name and selecting “chat”, and then you can choose 4 options.

TL;DR, get your stupid boosts and warlock summons out of LFG, or you get banned. Thx.

Reporting people every day - but the same people keep spamming LFG with wts boosts, summons, gear in MC, trading gold on other servers etc. day in and day out.
I doubt Blizzard banned or even chat muted a single person :frowning:

Also remember: trading gold across realms are now also reportable after Blizzard updated the policy recently. Not that it changes everything …

Summons are a service so should be advertised in the services channel along with the boosts etc

They’re level 1 because their mains got muted doing that.
If those level 1s get muted they just delete them and create a new one on a new account.
Costs the advertisers/gold sellers like 5 minutes.
As long as Blizzard doesn’t ban the associated lvl 60s there is no reason to report them.
Better to not report them so you can put them on ignore.

How much gold do they earn to afford that?

Anyway this rule is stupid. Hunters should be allowed to sell buffs and items in Dire Maul /1 channel. Nobody looks into those Services channel.

Maybe they should just play the game like it was intended instead? Selling buffs is not a vanilla thing.

Sorry but rules are rules.

We should bend the rules. Be wild.

I mean I’m doing that on my hunter and I never got in trouble for it.
But I also don’t spam so I guess people don’t mind.
Pretty sure posting your “service message” 5x in 0.2s will set off a hell of a lot more people than my 3-4 messages / hour.

Their lvl 1 spam accounts are almost free because they buy stolen credit cards information in bulk from the dark net.

But technically you’re not allowed to do so according to the rules.

Spam is different issue from using wrong channels. You can’t just spam in the appropriate channel as well.

fun fact, they use level 1s because they don’t wait other sellers to get there boost toon muted or suspended using the automatic report system. They delete the level 1 every day and make a new one. Gold seller cartel games.

Or alternatively, find them, light a campfire directly under their feet.
