You have reached the in-game cap of unique mail recipients

I am playing classic era and today I logged in to my bank alt where I send things to for sorting.
I started opening my mails sending the stuff to the right bank alts or chars that they are supposed to go when suddenly I got the message “You have reached the in-game cap of unique mail recipients”.
I have ONLY sent to characters on my own two accounts (connected to the same battle.net account), so it feels kind of stupid that I cant send more mail.

This feels like another artificial restriction put on players that were never there in Vanilla.

The first thing we got was the 5 dungeons per hour restriction.
Then in 2021 they restricted the auction house so that you couldnt post more than a specific amount of auctions within a given timeframe.
And now I cant send mail to my own characters anymore.

Is this starting to become world of restrictions?

The 5 instances per hour was implemented to combat botting. (And we all know how well that worked). I dont think that there is a single player who have got to lvl 60 who have not hit this limit.

The auction house limit is even more frustrating because you dont want to put up your auctions several times a day with some time in between, you want to put them all up at once, right? I reach this limit EVERY SINGLE DAY and its frustrating.

Now when we seem to have got a mail restriction, how are we going to send things to our bank alts?

People on era have quite a lot of characters.
I have 9 lvl 60s and like 70+ characters in total spread on 2 accounts. There are people who have a lot more.
We dont have any guild bank, we have quite limited space (due to the game not ever reaching to this point in vanilla and people have got more of what they want). There need to be a possibility to send unlimited mail between your own accounts at least.

This is stupid. Please fix this. (Preferably all three of these things, but at least the mail thing)
