Huh? 3.3.5/RDF was in the game for like a year not 2 weeks.
Maybe you’re confusing RDF with the easy mode raid finder whatever it was called.

It is added with 2 new dungeons, one that you are running with Janna and one where are you going trough some ice tunnel and ice is falling from top, not sure how long it lasted, but I’m sure when those dungeons came out, I first saw achievement for completing 10 RDF and puppy pet.
3, there are 3 ICC 5 mans.
And dual spec wasn’t added till Ulduar.

As people stated RDF was added in 3.3 which was 9th or 8th december. Cata came out 7th december the year after. So it was in Wotlk for a year.
But either way, i had no idea about this as a warlock player myself, tho i rarely play pvp & started now in Wotlk with this char.
Had destru as offspecc for WG/Bgs. Thanks for heads up tho OP. Balance changes should always be with the OG wotlk of the patch we play so 3.3.5. So if it was so bk then, revert it Blizz.
Are you normal Bankakala? Warlock doesnt complain about the fact how the talent is working now - as its described within the talent it works properly. THE PROBLEM IS THAT ORIGINAL BACKDRAFT HAD DIFFERENT DESCRIPTION!!!
The original Backdraft description was:
“When you cast conflagrate, the cast time and GCD of your next three Destruction spells is reduced by 30%. Lasts 15sec.”
New WOTLK CLASSIC Backdraft description is:
“When you cast conflagrate, the cast time and GCD of your next three non-channeled Destruction spells is reduced by 30%. Lasts 15sec.”
Somehow the talent was changed for no reason,despite the original talent back then …

Let me clarify that, It’s not bugged. It’s working as intended. That change was fix of this talent. I know some of you might be pissed off, however listen folks:
Patch 4.0.1 Now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 9. Now only reduces the cast time of shadow bolt, incinerate and chaos bolt.
Right now it should be consumed with every single instant spell, working as intended, however on cata it won’t consume it.
Wrong. RDF was added a whole year before Cataclysm.
facerollness? You know in wrath like taht dk, arms warrior, ele, shadow are like on par? every class has one specc that is absolutely top tier
Any im not even playing lock on wrath.
destro is faceroll because it does OBNOXIOUS damage with little to 0 effort meanwhile being tanky af(nether protection + 300 resilience built in into talents)

There are no hard classes in wrath and all classes have atleast 1 top tier specc.
Wotlk is not classic. Wotlk has never been classic. Wotlk is retail. Wotlk has the same structure of retail. Heck retail might be better thanks to new additions.
