So I am writing this on my phone because when I tried to log in on my computer they said I don’t have a character that’s at least on level 10 to do anything. Is blizzard aware of this problem?

Have you tried a different browser in the mean time?
I’m on firefox and have no issues atm but I did see another poster say they could only see their classic characters despite logging out and clearing cookies.
It could be it has nothing to do with what browser you use, but worth ruling out.
Yeah clearing the cookies is what solved it for me.

Still not working
Try loggin out of the forum, blizzard, and battle net. Then clearing your cookies and cashe. That should clear everything. then log in one by one starting with the forums.

Not work for me only classic chars show. Well have to try with computer when i get home but with phone nope stuck with classic chars

I can confirm that clearing cookie & cache and trying a different browser does not work. Still only my classic character is listed.

The forums rely on the armory and that isnt working well atm. They are aware ans investigating.
Many get a 500 or 404 error if the look themselves up.

Even cookie clutter will eventually form a dense amount of dust clogging up the machine gears.
True for me on my phone right now. None of my retail chars are shown…
What if… This is Blizzard messing around with their API in preparation for the addon changes and this is one of the side effects, for now?
