In hillsbrad… over 50 players running around doing the same quests… regular mobs keeps respawning in a good ratio but the farmers… i just waited 14 minutes for one to spawn, it got tagged by another group so now we have to wait another 15-20 minutes for next one??? Get real blizzad.
exaggeration intensifies
Yes, this needs to be adressed further. It’s not even a fresh problem, the game is just poorly designed in many questing areas. You can have 2 players total doing the same loot quest, and run out of mobs to kill. That is unacceptable.
Make quest items shared in group!
Skip the quest - you can earn far more XP to farming the mobs available than completing the target quests - and The battle of Hiilsbrad in general is a death trap because of the hyper spawns caused by mage farming / quest groups
It calms down when you get into STV and beyond - but use your time more wisely than just blindly completing quests
Questing currently impossible due to zones like Hillsbrad and STV being swarmed with players/bots.
There is simply nothing to kill.
Also some quest mobs only spawn in a certain area and when camped its next to impossible to complete the quest. One of the many examples are the Dark Iron Steamsmiths in Searing Gorge.
I canceled my sub weeks ago and today is my last day. It’s completely pointless. Even in the middle of the night you cant find a place thats not overcrowded and not emptied of quest mobs. How is this fun for anyone? It’s just depressing.
Sometimes the drop rate of quest items is so low that you have to kill the complete quest mob population several times over to finish the quest and as a result this area becomes a bottleneck for the whole player pool. Nah, f that. Back to a private server.
Are you guys not 60 yet
I know that may sound crazy but you can actually not follow leveling guides and go do something in other zones.
And I am sorry to suggest it but you can actually group up
Ahh let me quess Citizen Wilkes…
