I think I am being trolled now. Did you bother to do anything since you hit level 120 (for more than 5 minutes) or did you go straight to the forum and complained you have no gear?

Considering I’m 340, yes, I have done stuff but it’s way too slow because WQs scale to your ilvl. But if you have the RNG gods on your side and instantly get decked in 410 when you hit 120, that’s just fine according to that guy.
I could level another shaman and have it be 410 faster than I’ll get to 410 on this leather alt at this speed. In fact, I could have another shaman at 410 tomorrow evening if I started now, I could have yet another shaman at 410 by saturday evening if I started lvling instantly after the previous one. But that’s not a problem because of RNG gods giving me black empire mail gear all the time.
Again, please stop cherry-picking what you don’t like. You have had many suggestions already. I have alts and yes it’s tough at the start when hit 120 but showing a little of effort got me to several 450+ alts. Get some manapearls, get benthic, check the AH, battlegrounds, WQs, check what you can get crafted, start some quests to get the cloak which unlocks assaults (440+ gear), level you neck etc… etc…
If I would have only level’d classes where I had black empire gear I wouldn’t any alts at all.

But screw you if you want it to be faster for alts whom you didn’t have the RNG gods on your side for.
So you ignore all other sources of loot which give you class specific loot because you want instant 400+ boost.

I mean people can do that if they want, ultimately it doesn’t matter. At least there is good information available here for players willing to play de game

You are trying to gear up a char but you refuse to work your way up (even tho Banthic is instant skip to 385 and M0 dung) and isntead you just want to get free instant 400 like some entitled snowflake lol

No, it isn’t. It’s taking way too long time if you haven’t been favored by the RNG gods. Yet you have no issue with me being able to gear yet another 2 shamans faster than I’ll be able to gear my leather alt.
Just don’t answer him its a known troll he posts on 5 different chars with daily whine blogs and ignores any advice given . Just stop answering and let the thread die .

i went from fresh dinged 120 to 440 iivl in one week, i came off from heirlooms…, as a loner, no guild or friends.
doing nothing but one weeks worth of dailies and raid lockouts while working on the main questline to unlock stuff… (While going to work)
Focus on actual gear dailies, if its better then what u got. DO. IT.
The dailies scale of ur item level in that slot so do not miss it!
Second, if you got a main, and you can/have it.
A full Benthic set for pearls is a good start.
Black empire blizz acc trade is another quick gap closer.

why dont you do normal dungeons then ? untill you get enough gear for hc ones ?
there is no shame in doing normal dungeons - ques are fast and gear will fill up your slots.

Since you already have 400+ chars you can get in few hours to 385 via banthic and then just jump into M0 for mythic + WB can drop you few 400+ intems.
There is no excuse.
