Don’t forget to pick up those aspirant pvp quests for specific zones too, 385-415 gear for starters and it’s pretty easy when outnumbering, players are often happy to group with players even if they are low ilvl too, greater numbers make the pvp/assaults quests really quick.
More RNG tho - sadly you are playing the wrong game if you wanna avoid the RNGrind, we all gotta put up with it, at least until I can find out where blizz hid those pvp vendors.

Hitting max going for neck and legendary back boost you too 400, just by doing quests. Dinged with druid, and after 4 hours I was 440ilvl, just by doing world quests, weekly emirasies, pvp quests- ONL|Y.

Maybe read up what the word “random” means and how common RNG is in any MMORPG.
People give you valid advices and you always find an excuse to reject it becasue you refuse to accept solutions which prove you to be wrong.

Since you own already chars geared above 400ilvl you can be 385+ in one day.

No, you’re “giving advice” which doesn’t even address that it’s too slow to gear characters which haven’t been blessed by RNG gods.

My shaman was decked in 410 the instant it hit 120.
Your shaman didn’t hit 410 ilvl instantly at 120 without zero effort on your behalf, you still had to put the wheels in motion i’m sure.

Oh yeah, so much effort for getting black empire gear while doing the assaults that I would have done anyways.

NO it isn’t.
You are just bloody lazy.
You could have easily farmed currency for Benthic gear on your main, while you were leveling up your character, just by doing a few dailies that would take 30 min max.
No one cares about your Shaman, because it got gear from your main. The same way your leather character could have with a minuscule amount of daily input.

445 gear from world quests, and I think heroics also drop 445. What more do you want? Of course you’re not going to be doing m+20 with that gear, but… I take people with 445 ilvl all the time.

I mean, most gear comes from “doing what we would be doing” anyway.
PvP is an exception to an extent, you can still wpvp for gear.
Or if you are skilled you can farm conquest relatively quickly at a low ilvl via arena if you have the partner.
