without any further notice blizzard just banned my account.

We are not living in some middle east country where you can do whatever you want.
this is so wrong but I was kinda prepared not to give up my right of asking them why I’m banned.
It’s kind of funny, everyone around me and I have never had a ban in over 13 years on this game. Obviously I agree with you that Blizzard needs to justify the reason for the ban, but I’m willing to bet that it’s not done randomly.
There are a lot of possible reasons (afk in bg, buying golds, insults and so on).
If this is a mistake, I can understand the frustration but strangely, when you have nothing to blame, it doesn’t happen (or am I lucky?)
have you tried not doing [redacted] or maybe not saying [redacted]?
Check your email they usually leave the reason in there.
I’ve been banned twice in the past (first for VPN usage, second for replying to a CM with an offensive picture) and both times they’ve emailed me to let me know why.
No email or reason whatsoever.
and this is my vanilla account that has Rank 13 warrior and they didn’t suspend me for using a bot or being abusive.
I have written a title before named “Dude we need a new set of GM” and how they suspended me for a very long period of time and now they told me"we must ask you to adhere to the outcome we have provided"

I thought about a witty response, but then realized I didn’t have to. I can just cite this wise person:

You get always answer for what and if you ask for further info you will get exact answer .
Takes 6 months (if they’re unlucky) sometimes never to ban bots but if actual human beings get reported for whatever reason Blizzard is all over the case like flies on sh%t.
I believe you OP. Blizzard has done nothing but disappoint the last couple of years.
You deserve the benefit of the doubt and blizzard deserves bankruptcy in my opinion for having such disastrous customer service.

16Year old account, never been banned a single time. Find it astounding how people claim to have done nothing. False positives exist but come on also I got a 1 day forum ban once for some petty reason but you get an information so I assume you would get one too for an ingame ban.
I’ve had a forum ban 6 times now, never got a specific info for what post caused it and what rule it violated (though I usually had pretty good idea anyway). That being said, OP is mighty sus, especially considering his previous thread.

appealing is something they don’t want you to do, they forced me to accept and no appeal.

Well I had no e-mail but a green (1) on the forums, telling me I got reported / banned for x message.

Whatever, it’s just this pointless, useless forum. But if I was treated similarly for an in game ban, I’d be livid and make a massive noise everywhere I could.
They stopped doing that around the same time the GDPR hit.

I would guess you need to check your junk mail folder for Blizzards email.

They are not quoting you anymore or specifically stating what got you muted, suspended or banned.
Occasionally if you make enough tickets they “might” spill the beans.
I got emails doing exactly that.
You make appeal and ask for what exactly you were banned and you get your quoted message.
