Same here, ran it on 13 chars this week and 0 gear drops.
Maybe back to the same 1/1000 drop chance or something.
Interesting, blue post says the 100% drop chance last week wasn’t intentional. I thought it was to compensate for the eight weeks of dropping nothing or unbelievably low chance.
Apparently, it wasn’t.
I find it ridiculous that this is so difficult to fix after nine weeks.
By the time they fix this, the gear which drops will be obsolete, if it already isn’t for most of the player base.
Make them drop reputation tokens instead, that might be enough incentive to bother killing them.

I had the same thought, first kill is 100% drop chance or something, as a “we’re sorry” or whatever. 7 full raid kills now, no one has reported loot from the loot table. It blows my mind how they can mess this up so badly.
A bug has returned, if the bosses are too far apart, one of the corpses will rot/disappear. The distance seems to be approx at their respective thrones. I have yet to not receive credit for the world quest, but I’ve zealously tagged both bosses to avoid that from happening.
Yeah pretty much. The upside to the items is that you can transmute it to tier pieces and they start at 1/8 champion (the 415 items I saw drop, that is. They’re supposed to be 421).
Yes - prior wow week they dropped gear on each of my 12 lvl 70 toons.
Last wow week we were back to no drops on the 12.

It’s a big 0 Goose egg now two weeks in a row, 13 chars.
They apparently can program it to either drop 100% or .00001%. I have still received 0 drops except for the 100% week and that was the wrong item level.
How can it be so difficult to program a drop percentage?
I’ll bet they won’t have any problem when the expansion is over and the raid mount rng changes.
They’re great at making sure things aren’t easy, but can’t seem to be able to do simple programming when something is totally broken.
I remember years ago during Love is in the Air, someone found some small mobs in large groups in Draenor that you could AOE really fast and had fast spawn time and you could get enough charms to buy the mount in 1.5 hours.
They found out and a couple of hours later hot-fixed the drop rate. No restart, update, or anything.
So, like I said, if they find something that benefits you, they are on it like lightning and get it done before their coffee break. If it works against you, they can’t seem to fix it within 2.5 months of saying they are looking into it.
Same here. I’ve asked in every raid I’ve been in, no one has volunteered mentioning getting any loot.
From they came out, I have been running them every week on 12 lvl 70
Until 5 weeks ago after 100’s of runs, I had Zero loot.
5 weeks ago, suddenly all 12 each got loot
Since 5 weeks ago, we are back to Zero loot on any of the 12, after 60 runs…
Must be a bug with that very very uneven loot distribution

Something I have noticed recently is that I usually don’t get any Reputation from the World quest for the Elders when I am in a raid group - even though the World Bosses are (obviously) designed to be done as a raid group, and all other world bosses have awarded rep in a raid group.
Has this world boss been changed to not allow being in a raid group?

No, this doesn’t give rep unless the world quest reward is rep. Unique in every way, this pair of world bosses …

Loot week number 2 for me.
Has anyone else had their luck paused since the first week of unintentional high drop rates and having it again this week?
In the previous week in july I had 7/7 chars getting loot (cloth: boots, leather: chest, chain: boots, plate: boots), now I have 8/8 chars getting the complementary loot (cloth: pants, leather: wrists, chain: head, plate: belts).
I’ve had gear drops from both of the last two weeks of the World Boss.

Yes, seems to be 100% again for last two weeks. Still dropping wrong gear lvl, however, 421.
