It’s impossible to get to the named bosses for the achievement since everyone who already has flying gets to them first. The only way to score a kill is if you happen to be on top of one when it spawns.
Poor game design. Please fix.
Really easy tbh, just sit and wait at the named boss spawn point and spam group finder.

I got it by playing at between 2 and 3 am.
Ok, you cann do it as i suggested, or you can continue to cry on here, and not get flying, your choice.

You just have to run around aimlessly and hope for spawns, i was late to the party but got it after a few days doing dailies and just stumbling onto ones that just spawned.

People had to wait weeks at the beginning aswell to even have it unlocked, now you can get it in a few days with some dedication and it takes too long according to you? lmao.
Flying hasn’t been so easy to obtain in years as it is in Zereth Mortis and people still find a way to complain for having to do the bare minimum.

Everyone has spent their in-game time just standing at the same spot and unlocked flight. I don’t think they will change the game design for some players who think they are special.

In thoery I could help you between 2 and 3am this morning as I have a some 2 seater flying mounts.
They never said you’ll get flying instantly and for nothing in Dragonflight, they said you’ll get access to dragon riding, not flying at the beginning.

is the achivement 5 or 10? I forgot.
But i managed to get all but 2 that the achivement needed just from running around the zone.
Then a guildy just took out a 2 seater and Taxi’d me around until i got the last two
I did the ZM flying achivement like 2-3 weeks ago, can’t remember exactly.

Go to Spawn location, open LFG tool, Custom, search the rares name or nearby rares. Kill…
Wait a sec, killing rares isn’t part of the achievement, because you can’t kill one rare until you have flying.

its not easy, but its doable. i did it.
all you need is to tag a boss before he dies, the only way to do that is to either just wait for the boss to pop up (which i did not do) or be hope the boss will show up close enough to reach in time.
my suggestion is just simply do the questline and othoer world quests and kill world bosses you stuble upon.
also get the cypher with extra mount speed. it helps.
thats what i did.
it’s not there are always people runing around killing rares just go to rare spawn and use group finder you will do it pretty fast
