What do you mean griefing?!
There are zombies. In Icecrown. Defending the Undead.
You call it griefing, I call it a mild inconvenience but insanely cool. I don’t care if Blizzard intended it or not - that’s amazing!
Its a shard issue imo, my other character wasn’t put into the same instance and the ppl there wasn’t complaining about zombies.
Any way to choose what shard you end up in or just pot luck?
Exactly my problem with it, the most effective way i found avoiding infection is just drop high above and die and go back as ghost and stay ghost only revive to tag in last 10% to be sure you not infected and get no loot again
How about drop high right on top of Nathanos, tag him with a ranged attack, before you splat on the floor and die, stay dead and collect the loot ?
Cheers.
Well, technically they are now both 5-ish day events.
But yeah. Originally the bosses were 2 weeks.
But that doesn’t change the fact that it’s a limited time and ruining one event with another, is probably not what Blizzard intended.
If they didn’t think this would happen, they’re idiots. These aren’t the same devs who cared the last time this stupid non-consensual stuff happened & shut it down early. They know exactly what’s happening and they think it’s “fun”. There’s never any empathy from the PvP crowd, they pathologically don’t get it. Consent Matters.
It reminds me of the whole Fallout 76 debacle, where the devs thought that pvp in the office among colleagues translated to live pvp across the internet - they soon had to change that.
Consent Matters. In all walks of life.
TBH, this was the only time I’ve seen zombies. About half the time trying to Nathanos there were zombies. Made it a bit of a pain but managed to do it each time.
lol. some of my “lower” alts even got their first honourable kills.
get a life and have a laugh it’s only a few days Jesus Christ. bloody man babies.
Yeah you dont but thats becouse you dont like playing mmorpgs in general which means problem is in you.
Got to explain this one don’t like MMO’s = don’t like griefing/Wpvp being forced on you.
Well your number 1 problem is that you think this is griefing. Its not griefing. Its playing game and having inteactions with players. And if someone feels entiteld that you should just sit there and be ignored by other players actions becosue you dont like it than i dont get why you play mmo game. it literaly goes againts fundamental pillars of mmo desing. WoW needs more way where players can interact and create player made content not less.
You gotta explain me that one m8.
You really do.
Enforcing an element or heck, even a gameplay type that I do absolutely not like, never had any interest in ever since said ‘gametype’ was becoming known in cs 1.6 makes me somehow ya know, not like MMO’s?
You’re seeming to forget I joined a PVE server to begin with. The majorioty MMO’s are PVE focused to begin and so is WOW.
My god, imagine playing a MMO with the single player mentality. Snowflake.
my gawd you have no idea what cooperative gameplay means, snowflake.
MMos are not jjst about coperation when its suits you. This type of human elements what creates community driven events is exactly what makes mmos mmos. And fact you dont like this and you just want your own safe bubble and not be annoyed anyone if you dont want to shows that you are simply playing wrong game. Hell even fact that people talk about this on forums shows how impactfull it is compared to all other desing what are just covinient garbage what are isntnaly forgotten by players.
You might want to look up what griefing is, the event isn’t meant to take place in Icecrown and zombies can’t fly…
You can’t fly before 30lvl don’t you dare to go to Northrend below that level, am I clear?!
NO!
er? /10chars
Plays a hunter… You know how to play with other people? Or just sleep in the bushes with your pet fox?
